Your portions have to be based on your own hunger, energy level and results.

So, there's no way for someone else to tell you whether they're right. I've

known people who were 5 feet tall and 110 pounds who needed close to 2,000

calories per day, and other's who could barely eat 1200.

If you feel good and your measurements are going down, you're fine. If

you're stuffed all the time and nothing is happening, readjust your portion

sizes or meal timing. It's an ongoing project since your weight, metabolism

and activity level can change over time.

If only I had a crystal ball to see what goes on inside my lil stubby

body. lol.

I feel just satisfied at each meal, not overstuffed or underfed. The

giant glass of water usually makes me feel overstuffed after eating.

I usually am just starting to get a little hungry by the time the 2

hour mark rolls around, sometimes not hungry at all but I eat anyway

b/c " I'm supposed to " . I'll keep an eye on my tape measure and see

what happens....sigh. Short people got....no reason... :o)

Thanks!
