I just want ya'll to know how much your pictures are inspiring me. I

have the book and journal and I check out the website, but to see the

pictures of people from this webgroup is amazing and totally

inspiring! I just finished Day 12! WOOHOO!!!

No outward results yet, but TONS of inner results! Including energy,

a renewed sense of peace, better time management, pride in my health,

the DESIRE to make better food choices, pride in the ability to wake

up at 7:00 EVERY MORNING during the summer!!! I am LOVING it! My

before pictures, I'm letting my stomache ALL hang out!! And it looks

like a BEAUTIFUL pregnant belly (no stretch marks and perfectly hard -

I wore a bikini during my pregnancy because it was the only time my

stomache was hard! And I think the pregnant body is go beautiful -

which is one reason I had 4 kids :)! However, NOW, it is ACTUALLY

bigger than when I delivered each of my kids - but PERFECTLY rounded!

....BUT...there is NO baby in there!!! oy vey! My workout buddy is

shaped just like me. She and I decided the first 12 weeks is to make

us healthy on the inside, mentally, spiritually and physically. We

are also hoping to " deliver " the first of the " twins " - ...hopefully

after the second twelve weeks, we'll " deliver the second twin " and our

internal changes will be able to be seen by others as well as some

external changes...and again hopefully by the third twelve weeks,

we'll be creating definition in those muscles we're working out!!!

QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION! THat is my school mantra and is now my

Body For Life mantra as well!!!

I'm also enjoying eating healthy! WOOHOO!!!

Ya'll give great tips on here! Thank you! And keep on keeping on!
