OMG!! You look great!! Congratulations! I'm almost done with this challenge,

starting week 10 on Sunday. I'm already planning challenge 2. You really can

see the difference, imagine what another 12 weeks will bring you. What a tiny

waist you have!

p.s. I lost the battle with my PMS last night at 4:15 meal. I had some

protein with my cookies and called it a cheat meal and moved on. Felt much

better afterward if you can believe it! Stupid cookies. :o)

Weigh in this morning showed no damage and 0.25 inch lost in my hips, which

I'm sure had nothing to do with the cookies.

Diane,

I looked at the pics you posted last night and have to say you look

great! I love seeing how others progress in this challenge, it really

is very encouraging to those of us in the beginning. (I am still in

Week 3).

Keep up the hard work, I think its awesome you are planning for your

2nd Challenge. How do you feel, overall?

I feel great! Mentally and physically both! The change has definitely been

more than physical! Since starting BfL, I've taken up Spanish and golf!

Very nice results, Diane. I can see a lot of slimming in your midsection and

I know i'm a little late replying but wanted to let you know your pics are

great! I can definitely see the changes in your upper body and your middle is

really getting smaller. Very motivating and inspiring! Congratulation! Oh, and

I love the new cut and color . . suits you. :)
