I find I'm no good for exercising if I don't get it out of the way first thing in the morning. Not only is there the clothes issue, but for me, it's an energy thing, too. If I work out first, I have energy the rest of the day. If I don't, a lot of times, my energy flags in the mid afternoon. LOL, if I sit down around 2 pm, I'm asleep! And I go to be usually before 11 pm and sleep a good 7 to eight hours... so who knows why that is!

I wish I was one of those people who just burst with energy after getting fitter, but I seem to have to be fit just to have a " normal " charge on my battery! Oh well, at least I know *how* to charge the thing now! ;-)

Good question, . I feel the same way - I get dressed in my workout clothes first thing, and sometimes I'll be in them until noon, but after my shower, I'm not changing back. I am comfortable doing something like a 10 min walk on the tmill, or gentle yoga, but I don't want to really break a sweat in clean clothes...

It will be interesting to see how people structure their days and clothes. :-)
