Welcome to the group, Jayashree! Sounds like you're getting a wonderful start with your fitness. Since you've worked out for 15 days straight, you're well on your way to making exercise a habit, and it's a great habit to develop!

Friends - You all motivate me to do my workout every day and do more ! And I hope I can wear a two piece bikini some day before I die!!

Today I did my strength training from the Abs diet book plus Cardio and abs workout of Voights' half and half. I was sweating first time since I started working out for past 15 days!!!!
