Carolyn,

That sounds like a great goal for 2008. I'm still trying to think of my goals for the next year. I'm thinking of focusing on upper body strength and cardio, but a goal of doing all of my videos once might be a good one too. I have so many that just sit there and don't get used as much as they should.

I own 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and the one on the DVD. I go through stages , trying to decide which one is my favourite - right now I am in love with AL 10, I love the music and the butt work in that. I still need to find the others - have picked up mine from Amazon sellers, at reasonable prices to date.

10 is one of the ones I'm missing and I forgot what was on the others but

someday I'd like to do them all in sequence and find differentiaters for each

one.

Next week I'm doing his bag/Impact workouts.

Yeah - I guess you've heard that Australia has some of the world's deadliest spiders? lol!

Yesterday I ran out of time so couldn't fit in an hour FIRM workout. Did the Crawford Shape Your Body Workout 1 instead - about 45 minutes. Also love the music in these workouts - I guess music in workouts is very important to me. :-)

Today I did Taebo AL 2 - some nice upper body work and a good overall workout. I can feel the endorphins! lol!
