I'm thinking of focusing on upper body strength and cardio, but a goal of doing all of my videos once might be a good one too. I have so many that just sit there and don't get used as much as they should. I go through stages , trying to decide which one is my favourite - right now I am in love with AL 10, I love the music and the butt work in that. Next week I'm doing his bag/Impact workouts. Yesterday I ran out of time so couldn't fit in an hour FIRM workout. Did the Crawford Shape Your Body Workout 1 instead - about 45 minutes. Also love the music in these workouts - I guess music in workouts is very important to me. :-) Today I did Taebo AL 2 - some nice upper body work and a good overall workout.
