Saturday's workout - T-Tapp

I think with all the craziness going on at work and home this will be a T-Tapp Bootcamp week. They always destress and energize me so I think the week before Christmas would be a good week to do one.

Today I did T-Tapp Basic Rehabilitative workout which is the full body 52 minute workout with lots of instruction and pointers with Theresa. She is very detailed and when you follow all of her pointers, you definitely feel 'warmer' and more worked out. She is stickler for form and always cues the next portion of the workout quite well.

Off to clean some more!
