I've read that it is exactly the same device as the Bodybugg. I have the

Bodybugg and I feel like it is pretty accurate. I have not compared it to

wearing a HRM all day so I can't be totally sure, but it seems to be helping

me. I think on the BodyBugg site they say it's ninety something percent

accurate...that's enough for me.

I'm hoping that the FitBit comes pretty close in accuracy to the BodyBugg.

If it does I'm going to stop wearing the Bugg and only use the FitBit.The

BodyBugg's metal sensors on the armband irriate my skin some and I have to

take it off every day and clean the sensors with alcohol pads, and put a

cream on my arm. ( I have a metal allergy so I'm sure it has something to do

with that.)

The metal sensor is one thing I was afraid of with BodyBugg and GoWear Fit.

I have sensitive skin and a nickel allergy. It seemed like the combo of a

tight arm band and an itchy sensor might be very problematic. The FitBit

looks like a better solution if I decide to measure my spazziness. :-)

Yeah I was slightly concerned about it too, but it's not bothersome enough

for me to stop wearing it. Just a slight irritation that cortizone takes

care of. I'm totally excited about the Fitbit and can't wait for it to get

here. I only wish I had seen it before I spent all the money on the

BodyBugg. I'll be giving the BodyBugg to my mom once the fitbit comes...
