I have to modify on a lot of the plyos cuz my leg strength and endurance just isn't there :(

I modify also on the plyos. Does she use the bar bell in the Viper?

I also woke up with DOMS today. Yay!! Even in my legs. I seldom get sore, so it feels good :)

Oh, I love the DOMS. You must've worked hard. :))) I don't get DOMS much, I have to about kill myself these days lol

Thanks , I actually didn't think it was that bad. I have to modify on a lot of the plyos cuz my leg strength and endurance just isn't there :( However, I kept up pretty good otherwise :) The Imaxes kick my butt big-time. I will wait a month or so before I even think about trying one of those again!

we have Viper down for Mondays workout. It and Gauntlet are two workouts that are real dread factors for me, but so proud when I finish them. Good for you, Darcy!!

Yes, she does :) there was quite a bit of upper body work, some lower, and a perfect amount of cardio. I also woke up with DOMS today. Yay!! Even in my legs. I seldom get sore, so it feels good :)Darcy
