last night was interesting i was sitting on my bed like i do evey night watching

tv when someone set off some fireworks outside for Canada day. but my 100lb dog

didn't like that so she came flying up onto the bed over me onto my pillow onto

my husbands pillow just shaking she was so scared. it was so funny my 4lb cat

sat in the window watching it and the 100lb dog sitting on the bed shaking now i

know who the 'brave' one is in this family is! anyway i had a hard time sleeping

last night i am spasming bad i had to take extra anti-spasm pills and they

didn't take effect till after 3am, i wish we would get some rain as we haven't

had any for weeks and it has been over 3o*C for days and high humidity, i should

get ready and go up to the church for supper as we go there for it on Mon i have

dishes to do but cannot seem to do any of my house work that needs to be done as

i have no energy to do anything. i am so 'trembly' or shaky inside and having

problems with my bowels, i am eatting fiber stuff and alot of water but it isn't

helping. also our roommate hasn't paid us for this month yet so we are running

short for a few things which doesn't help i am just praying she pays us soon so

i can get the rest of our juices and food that we need cause right now we have

to go to the free meals that the churchs put on, i am glad they have them but

they aren't very good and they don't supply juice that i need for my meds but

atleast it is something to eat. i think we have enough food to eat here but we

do go there alot for the company also besides the meal. and i don't want to get

another pay day loan but if she doesn't pay by Thurs i will have to cause i will

need dog food by then
