OT: Internet provider for Damascus, Oregon area

Does anyone know of an ISP in the Clackamas River (Carver) area?

(Comcast says that they send crews out there but they never come back; just a lot of yelling and someone saying something like “squeal like a peeg” on the radio, then silence. Tech support thinks it must be some sort of rodeo announcer or some such thing.)
