Guest guest
Thanks so much Sandy, Tim, and Steph for volunteering to do this. The ONLY good thing about having to jump through stupid hoops held by idiots is knowing that wonderful people like you are willing to help. These two letters will surely be sufficient. Teary and grateful, Anita > > > > Sorry to have to ask this, but it is necessary. > > > > Is there someone here who could write a letter for me stating that > I > > have been an active member of the UK autism community (via > internet) > > for the past two years? > > > > The letter would also need to state that when I arrive in England I > > will have easy access to community support from my peers in the > > community. > > > > The letter should also state that support for parents with children > > of ASD is very good (NB: I do NOT mean from schools, as I know > this > > isn't true, and my son will not be attending school anyhow) in that > > there are support meetings, conferences, biomedical opportunities, > > etc. > > > > Lastly, the person would have to give their credentials as an > autims > > parent, and, I'm sorry to say (but given who will read the letter) > it > > would be best if the person who signed this letter could have some > > sort of official sounding title, and maybe even letters after their > > name.
