Anybody understand various antioxidents?

There is a lot of talk about antioxys. You have your black raspberries [they grow around the Willamette valley and have high ORAC #s] and other berries, krill oil, Vit a,c,d,e, goji, acai, noni, mangosteen,dark greens and multilevel marketing products like Protadim. You also have ORAC values. Are they sigificant? What should we be focusing on? Thanks
