Hi,

This morning I did Step Boxing with Coffee. This makes my second time doing this workout. It moves REALLY fast. Anyone who has done this one knows what I'm talking about.

The workout is really fun. The combos flow well together, if she would just slow down a tiny bit.

When previewing it I was thinking 'wow she must've had about a gallon of coffee before doing this workout" lol

She does around 30 minutes of step boxing then does cardio weights which is a combination of lunges, squats and squat thrusts on the step, which are really fun. She ends with the abs.

This workout definitely is a keeper in my library of workouts.

I burned 420 calories in 52 minutes so that is great!!!!!!!!
