ACA and the Association of Chiropractic Colleges first brought this issue to the attention of Congress last year, and helped draft a bi-partisan letter that was sent to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. This letter was signed by 15 members of the House Armed Services Committee and urges the Pentagon to correct the wage rate disparity.
