Guest guest
Hi -I didn't sweat for years before diagnoses, dashing and spiroNow - at the first instance of aerobic activity, I'm drenched - head to toe. Also far more sensitive to heat differences at 17 C I'm fine, at 22 C I'm wiped out from heat and trying to cool down.My BP was stable at about 125-135/65-75 and my doctor asked to see me in a year (rather than the normal 3 monthly visits). My BP is climbing again, over the past 2 weeks it's been 145/80 to 148/84 at its highest.I haven't changed my diet (still dashing) or my meds (still 100mg spiro a day) - still losing weight as well (about 27 kgs in all ... hopefully reaching the 30 kgs lost sometime in April!)My question is ... does your body acclimate over time to the medications and reset itself to go back to being off balance? OR is this something I need to be seeing my specialist about? How long should I experience the higher BP before contacting them? Many thanks Sue(New Zealand)
