Guest guest
I'm sorry, I do not agree with the schools telling me that my child Has to buy lunches instead of packing. For us it's the financial burden. Responsible parents do pack healthy lunches. Here to get the salad bar is $3. at school, (regular lunches $2.75) folks with multiple children, that adds up quickly. I have 2 in school, that's $30. a week, $120. a month in a 4 week month. I know families that have 4/5/6 children in school, you can't tell me you can't make lunches in multiples cheaper than buying them and they can still be healthy. Mine pack everyday unless the school is having a special day. Lunches here use to be prepared fresh at the school until about 2 years ago, now its pre packaged crap that taste terrible they said. Where will it end with them telling us what we can and can not do? Sorry, just my 2 cents worth...
