Here's a town hall meeting that might be worth your time to attend for 2 reasons.

1. Sen Monnes is chair of the senate health committee and a key player for our profession. I held a fundraiser for her last year. If you attend and listen, make a comment, you could introduce yourself as a local chiropractor and ring a bell for her to recall our support of her candidacy.

2. There's a topic : Providing small businesses with capital to grow and add jobs that you may be able to ask questions about that could directly assist your business.

Thanks and hope to see others there,

Minga

Please join Senator Laurie Monnes to talk about solutions for putting Oregon back to work, with:

Multnomah County Commissioner Diane McKeel Oregon Employment Department Regional Economist Amy Vander Vliet

TOWN HALL ON JOB CREATION

Tuesday, July 10 - 6 p.m.

Gresham Council Chambers - 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham

Laurie Monnes has championed creating jobs by investing in community colleges and providing additional capital for small businesses, but there's a lot more to do to get our communities back to work. Please join Laurie for a town hall to discuss options for putting Oregon back to work, including:

Increasing job skills training and education by better linking businesses and community colleges. Providing small businesses with the capital they need to grow and add jobs. Helping ensure that we have industrial land available for larger companies to locate here. Investing in infrastructure projects like roads and bridges.
