Guest guest Posted February 6, 2008 Report Share Posted February 6, 2008 Get well soon, ! I got in a 35 min walk on the tmill yesterday, and today I did Cathe's Body Fusion, without the step. I made it all the way through - a personal first. Not my favourite workout (too much cardio, not enough weights for me), but a good one, nonetheless. 50 mins, 275 cals. Methinks with the step this could be a huge calorie burner for me. So I'll start adding it in, slowly. I did do very shallow squats and lunges, and while I could feel the sides of my knees whining a bit, there wasn't actually any pain to speak of.
