I got in a 35 min walk on the tmill yesterday, and today I did Cathe's Body

Fusion, without the step. I made it all the way through - a personal first.

Not my favourite workout (too much cardio, not enough weights for me), but a

good one, nonetheless. 50 mins, 275 cals. Methinks with the step this

could be a huge calorie burner for me. So I'll start adding it in, slowly.

I did do very shallow squats and lunges, and while I could feel the sides of

my knees whining a bit, there wasn't actually any pain to speak of. We'll

see if they complain more through out the day.

hi lisa!! what IS the deal with all of this snow?!? ugh!!!

i just get it cleaned up and whammo! here comes some more. im

getting so tired of winter, but that is normal in february. i

dont know if tomorrow (thurs) is going to be a good day to get

outside or not. i stayed in today and rested... feeling like the

cold thang i had last week is trying to come back and get me

again :( but if tonights storm is over, i will get out the

shovel tomorrow.
