Guest guest
After climbing up then down 20 flights of stairs at work my lower body was toast. I decided to spend an hour creating that same feeling in my arms and abs with Body Wisdom's Pilates Sculpt and Tone w/Meghan White. Up until now the workouts I had done on this dvd were gizmo related that worked the entire body with one gizmo: I have done the mat workout, the weight workout, and the ring workouts and enjoyed them all. However, I find that focusing on just one body part using all the gizmos felt more effective. For each body part you do sections of the mat workout, the weights, the ring, the pilates ball, and the stability ball. Each workout is around 30 minutes long. This is by no means a "must have" dvd, but I will say that I like it's Body Wisdom versatility, and if you have a hankering to use a certain gizmo or focus on a certain body part it's really nice and can be used as an add on to other workouts. I have not done any of the 15 minute workouts, on the 30 minute ones.Meghan is kind of "blonde" in these, but her voice doesn't bug me as much as it used to or as it does in her boot camp workout.Cheers,
