Hi all,

I'm Christie and have posted on here a few times in the past. I have a

question about the amount of calories I should be consuming while

doing BFL. I know the program doesn't want you to necessarily " count "

calories, but for me, I really need too have a guideline to go by.

I'm 5'4 " and weigh 153. I'd like to drop down to 130, but the ultimate

goal is to lean out and show some muscle. Last Spring, a nutrionist

had me at 1200 cal. a day while I was exercising 4-5 days per week. It

was do-able, but I was certainly hungry!! My DH thinks that is crazy

and I should be consuming 1750 cals. per day - which I think is crazy!!

Just looking for some help on this. I'm ready to get started, but need

to know what range I should stay at.
