Whatever works for you and your schedule. Some people find themselves eating

meals 90 minutes apart, sometimes it stretches out to 3 or 3.5 hours. Half

an hour either way won't make much difference, so don't worry too much about

the meal's start/end time. It's more the big picture of eating frequently

throughout the day.

I don't have a set schedule. I start later on cardio days, for one thing.

I usually let hunger be my guide.
