Guest guest
Whatever works for you and your schedule. Some people find themselves eating meals 90 minutes apart, sometimes it stretches out to 3 or 3.5 hours. Half an hour either way won't make much difference, so don't worry too much about the meal's start/end time. It's more the big picture of eating frequently throughout the day. > Hi all, I eat really slowly (I'm getting used to a denture). It takes me > about half an hour to eat > a meal (for instance cott ch & oatmeal). So when I have a meal 2 hrs later, > is it 2 hrs from > when I started or 2hrs from when I finished? > Thanks, > (R2D2--oops I mean C2D3) > >
Guest guest
I don't have a set schedule. I start later on cardio days, for one thing. I usually let hunger be my guide. > Hi all, I eat really slowly (I'm getting used to a denture). It takes me > about half an hour to eat > a meal (for instance cott ch & oatmeal). Guest guest
Thanks for the info. That helps a lot-- I'll get a lot more done if I'm not checking the clock all the time. --
