Guest guest
I have plantar fasciitis too. No pain anymore. About 8 yrs ago I saw an ?orthopedist and got a prescription for custom-made orthotics and he referred me to a particular company (? kickback for him). Those were done w/ use of a computer. Heel got much worse with those. Ortho got angy but I demanded another prescription to take to another company of my choice. They put my feet in some kind of spongy stuff (can't remember all details) and made the orthotics and within a month all my pain was gone all these years. I remember discussing the materials it was made from-- 2nd pair is not the hardest ? plastic, mid range. To cushion my feet they glued Spenco pads on them. They hold up really well. ....Corky here that has Plantar fascitis in there foot? what do you do for your pain? why i am asking is i am in so much pain from mine. and i have no clue how to stop it from hurting so muchthanksa
