Sheila,

Congrats on posting your pics! I posted mine as well tonight. It

takes a lot to put them out there.

You are doing well, I can see the differences. Don't give up, or get

down on yourself. No one sees what these pics show when they look in

the mirror....as my photography professor used to say " pictures

always lie " ...and that is because the lens of a camera is NOT the

lens of our eye. A camera flattens everything to 2 dimensions, our

eyes see in 3 dimensions.

I know I have a long way to go before I like my pictures again, but

then, a healthy lifestyle is just that....it takes a lifetime. Don't

be discouraged and like your title says, never give up :)

into your challenge!

You will be so glad that you took those photos. One day in the near future,

you're going to be so fit that nobody will believe you were ever overweight.

You'll need those things as proof! :-)

Congrats on the first four weeks. Keep going strong and you'll achieve every

one of your goals.
