Hi Donna,

Thanks a lot for your email and referrals.

I am waiting to see the orthopedist at the National Orthopedic Hospital but it

will be only in August/September, long waiting list there! Today I went to see

my GP and she wants me to do FBC blood test and also from today I started on

Citalopram, small dosage only, to help me with anxiety and panic attacks!

After the results of my blood test she will see what else to do next.

One thing at the time...she said to me.

Also I am waiting to see a physiotherapist at Chelsea and Westminster

Hospital, and it is true all these consultations take a lot of time

waiting. Meanwhile I will continue with the exercises as usual at the

gym and pool.

They (doctors ) always gives us referrals to Hospital near our

home...that is the way with the NHS!

I will let you know afterwards how I am doing, and thanks to much for

all your help and support Donna, really!!
