Guest guest
I have been told by patients that there is a program for post partum that comes with an abdominal brace and an exercise video to help the rectus stay together. Also, transversus abdominus exercises should be ok. And, most importantly, why is this happening? Why are the nerves to the rectus, or whatever else is causing it, not working to keep them contracting correctly and together? Does he have a chronic thoracic subluxation?
