Guest guest Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 I am doing my workouts at home. I do not have a home gym. I do, however, have all the hand weights I will need. I have a questions about back exercises. I do a one arm row for the first part of the workout. What can I do for the burn? I really don't like the exercise called a barbell pullover.
