Hey ,

I agree with the exercise,exercise,exercise!!!!!!!! I am

trying to be very proactive at this point, I WILL NOT SIT AROUND and

let this get the best of me.I ahve resolved to do what is in my

power. I know i can not totally fix this with exercise but I have

started an exercise routine which includes walking in the a.m. and

p.m.

I have to say, if nothing else it seems to be helping my

balance a lot. I also noticed the strength in my legs was improving.

The more I walked I noticed my ankles did not fatigue as fast.

Having said that, we had been having a TON of rain here in the north

east and I didnt walk for a day and a half and this moring I feel

like I am starting all over again. I had a few REALLY good couple of

days.

I am also doing taking V-C and a couple other vitamins. I am

trying to eat more protein, veggies and fruit and although I am not

overweight I am trying to lose some weight hoping the less I have to

carry around the better. I figure it cant hurt.

I am going to an orthopedic doc in hopes of him doing something for

my stupid toe and possibly a tendon transfer. I will keep you posted.

do you walk in the sand with sneakers on or barefoot? I don't

think I could walk in the sand barefoot, would feel good though.

Pam
