Hi all, with bikini season in FL right around the corner (who am I kidding?

It's NOW!!!), I

decided to jump on the BFL bandwagon. I just finished my 3rd week of perfect

workouts

(love working out, that's not the problem!), and do karate 3-4x/week. I've only

seen a 3lb

drop, but I think it's because I go overboard on my free day. I was doing great

with my

eating until the scale stopped moving, then I started losing motivation and

" slipping. "

I'm joining this group to help give/get motivation and accountability.

Looking forward to getting to know you!

BTW, has anyone found that they need extra cardio, besides the 3x/week for 20

minutes?
