WOW! Awesome workouts today Jen!!!

Any particular reason you stopped the tape? Tired? Bored? Not liking it? Had to get going on something else?

Jen's exercise for Thursday 12/27/07

Today I did Slim in 6's "Start It Up!" for a total of 50.89 mins. Actually I most of it and stopped the tape.

Later I went downstairs and walked on my treadmill for 30 mins (did 2002 Self Challenge Cardio/Walk Workout #1,) then I did the rest of Start It Up.

So I had a pretty good workout today. My back hurt when I was walking but I think that's because my stomach muscles are so weak. I'm going to keep at it though so that I can burn calories and eventually lose weight.

Oh I stopped Start It Up so that I could record All my children on Soapnet. I only have soapnet upstairs as it's digital cable. I took the tape to the basement and did up to the point where you get on the floor to do pushups. I stopped it again cuz our basement floor is too dirty to do pushups on PLUS there isn't enough room to do stretching and yoga which is after the pushups and crunches. I like Start it up, it's ok but really I prefer Ramp it up, it's just more fun and a harder workout (except the yoga is easier.) But I want to follow BB rotation for SI6 so I have to do 6 days of Start it up before moving on to Ramp it up. Jen nancydewolf wrote: WOW! Awesome workouts today Jen!!! thanks jen, you are right! i do need to be careful of that. i did

an easy workout tonight... certainly was not up for anything too

strenuous. (only burned around 150 cals in almost an hour

workout....LOLOL)
