Well...I'm into week 4 and I have had great results. I am so excited to share!

I had my trainer measure me today and my body fat has dropped from 41% to 37%, I

have lost an inch in my waist, hips, thighs, calves, and a half inch in my

biceps. I'm very excited to see these result pretty quickly. I'm curious why I

haven't lost more in the upper body, but I also need to lose more in the lower

body.

Just thought that I would pass along the good news! I have quite a ways to

go...but I'm on my way!
