Guest guest
Leena, Vitamin E helps with the absorption of Vitamin C. Vitamin E also helps increase blood flow into muscles, and more recently, can help with neuropathic pain. Look over our Vitamin C Files, and 's past posts on the amount her kids take for some guidelines. I would also suggest you talk to your son's neurologist about this vitamin therapy. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
> > What brand do you guys use for these two vitamins? I've been searching and searching and don't know exactly what I need with this. Most vitamin E's I seen had soybean or sunflower oil. So there is just too many different types for both of them. +++Hi . You can buy soy-free vitamin E by Natural Factors, which is called Clear Base Vitamin E, available at iHerb: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php I bought 4 bottles last time from them, and it was delivered in Canada within 2 days. You can also buy good Cod Liver Oil at iHerb, called Garden of Life. Bee
Guest guest
> Thank you Bee for that information. So I pretty much have listed all the supplements and prices except Vitamin C now. Like vitamin E, there are so many and i'm not sure which ones are good. Would you mind telling me a couple brands of vitamin c you recommend too? I would really appreciate it. +++Hi . Try Natural Factors or NOW brands. Natural Factors has a Clear Base Vitamin E that doesn't contain soy, which is available at iHerb, along with Natural Factor's vitamin C: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php Bee

Guest guest
Hi Bee I looked for Natural Factors vitamin c on the I-herb website and they all say (as ascorbic acid), not real vitamin C. I did find this one from Now brand though. Let me know what you think about this one and which one from Natural Factors is the right one. Thank you for the help. http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Tru-C-Bio-Vitamin-C-Complex-60-Vcaps/7260?at=0 > > +++Hi .
