Today I did Ramp It Up again - 45.93 minutes

3 lbs triceps, 5 lbs shoulders and 8 lbs biceps

I did the leg exercises on the floor AGAIN!

I am alternating between Slim in 6 and Power 90 workouts. I'm in week 3 of Slim in 6 and I only have one more RIU to do then I'm on to BIU. And YEP the floor work in RIU KILLS me!
