these are 3 workouts on one dvd from cathe. they mix parts from her boot camp,cardio and weights, muscle endurance, and IMAX2 workouts to make super challenging 70+ min circuit/interval workouts. i have done two workouts on this and it is super super tough. i believe i did a quick review about these a few months ago. i don't recall which one i didn't do.kassiaPink Pussycat wrote: I know nothing about these. Thanks for explaining Kassia - I should have done a better review. They are " older " so I guessed (incorrectly), you guys would either own them, or know about them anyway.Sorry Lauara! If you don't like hard, fast-paced workouts - not a purchase you need to make!
