You stumbled onto a salt lick? My guess is you got a big dose ofSalt somehow. ATiped sad Send form miiPhone ;-)May your pressure be low!CE Grim MDSpecializing in DifficultHypertension

yesterday around 11am my left arm went numb about 4 inches above and below the elbow and in the fingertips, went to a walkin clinic and had a ekg done and was sent to the hospital.

was given lots of nitro and asprin, bp was 190/120 p115, head cat scan ok, potassium 3.0, sodium was ok was given potassium via IV

a stress test will be done in a day or 2

I take inspra 50 twice a day for years, could this be a sign that the tumor on the gland should be removed?

I have reg bloodwork done and have been very stable.

Thoughts?

The normal salt level has been borderline low in pervoius tests.

Yesterday it was in the normal range.

Still in the hosp, bp to elevated to be released.

It was a large one, I was looking at it from the carb angle and yes it was very

good.

I was discharged this morning, I am to contine 325 mg asprin and will have a

echo and stress test later this week.

After the cardio stuff is done I will float the pickel point, thanks for being

here for all of us.

Dr. Grim please explain how a my 'salt lick' could have tripped me off line like

it did?

I assume my 'clean' head cat scan was the berry that you mentioned.

I just want to help my current Dr. and me see how this could have happened and

therefor avoiding a next time.

Conn's with a side of diabetes and a 'pure blood line' American Indian sometimes

throws Dr's in their treatment. (it has happened in the past)

I have had Conn's for over 10 years and was diagnosed by a one and only endo in

the northeast.

the cardio test is next friday, however nosebleeds have become a bother at least

3 a week, i assume it is because of the 325mg asprin regiment i was put on.

my bp readings are an average of 120/70
