OT need OCA membership email address

Hi all,

does anyone know if this is the correct address for OCA members to contact other members? I keep getting messages, sometimes from this email address, but when I try to email to this address,

it kicks it back saying something about a 'member only site'. I am a member. Can any OCA members help me out?
