Guest guest
We've decided not to go there due to too many in our population who are not yet comfortable with that technology and I choose not to have my staff's time focused at bringing them up to speed on computers ... we can schedule them in less time than it takes them to do, needing as much help as they request. skSunny Kierstyn, RN DC Fibromyalgia Care Center of Oregon 2677 Willakenzie Road, 7CEugene, Oregon, 97401541- 654-0850; Fx; 541- 654-0834www.drsunnykierstyn.com To: oregondcs From: drjallan@...Date: Wed, 28 Mar 2012 09:38:43 -0700Subject: on-line scheduling Good morning Doctors,I am considering having my patients schedule appointments on line. I wonder if you folks that already do this, could give me the names of the companies that you use. Perhaps a little about the fee structure and pros and cons you have discovered now that you have ventured down that avenue. Thanks in advance for your insight and time.Be well,Judith Allan, DC Judith E. Guest guest
I have used Schedulicity (www.schedulicity.com) for the past year and love it. Patients can easily schedule themselves 24/7, write a short note about why they are coming in, and the system automatically generates a reminder email for the appointment that is sent to the patient 24 hours in advance. It also has reporting features and email marketing that are included in the monthly price. For one user, it's $19.99/mo; for more than one, it's $39. It also has a great mobile app for smart phones so patients can schedule on the go. It pays for itself many times over in my experience, and in this digital era, with more and more patients asking for this service, it makes sense to me. Take a look at my website and click on the "Schedule Now" button for a demo of how it works!
