I would like to know if forced reps do add muscle mass, and or are

they bad for your joints.

[The effects of any form of training depend not only on the exercise,

but also on the load, the acceleration, the number of sets, reps etc.

If there is any increased risk with forced reps, it would be more a

consequence of overtraining rather than of the exercise method
