I feel very sleep deprived lately, and normally I can handle the less sleep...grr.. It may be an easier workout today... We shall see what the day brings. We're expecting up to 4 inches of snow so hubby might be " snowed out " and home today. If he does, I am sleeping!!! Darcy Ugh Darcy!! I've had workouts like this too, I hate it when it feels that way. I know how frustrating it is but wow, you pushed on anyway, even finishing after you'd " given up " and then doing the ab workout too. That is awesome and even if it doesn't feel satisfying, your body was still blessed by the activity. Hopefully tomorrow's workout will do something more for your spirit and mind too though! ugh..the worst workout ever.. I didn't get it started until after 8:00, and I have been up since 4 - 4:30 this morning. I suppose that's why I felt so bad? I don't know, but I nearly gave up several times. I did Firm's Core Cardio. lots of jumping and plyos in it. I modified tremendously. My heart rate wasn't up there at all, I just had no energy. What a horrible feeling. I have no idea if I would like this workout on a normal day, but I sure didn't tonight. I stopped when there was ten minutes left, giving up, then deciding to finish, but boy...was that bad...ugh.. I then attempted a ten minute ab workout. I did better on that, but still terrible. I had better get my workout in early tomorrow and have a good one! It has taken me hours (like 5!)....ugh... Meanwhile the rest of the house is in shambles cuz I have ignored it / them while I've been in the bedroom. Luckily Kaysar's been cooperating enough where I'm just getting interrupted a bit. They got into board games and emptied them out, and many many many toys too. You couldn't even walk in there...ugh.. Anyway, looks like it's going to be another evening workout. UGH. Oh well. I am also going thru all of my closets, etc to either sell, donate or give away via Trash to Treasure. I am finally getting rid of my wedding gown slip after 19+ years. It was TRASHED. i so hear ya, darcy! im in the exact same boat today too, plus im washing everyone's bedding because we were sick. i wasnt feeling well enough to do a workout this morning... i still have a queasy belly (and gawd, what a belly, it is swollen up)... but i will have all of the work done later this afternoon, will take a hot bath and then do a miranda esmonde white session, which i hope will feel good. hang in there, you do so great fitting in your workout every day despite the overwhelming housework. i wish that i was like you and good at doing that!! :*carolyn. ps: i heard the news on the radio this morning and found out that we are part of a gastrointestinal virus outbreak throughout ontario (ie: the norwalk virus). it seems to me that our 6 year old son caught it at school just before the xmas break.
