Hi Everyone,

Well, I really took advantage of my recovery week this

week and didn't do much of anything - here's how it

went:

Sat - Rest

Sun - Rest

Monday - Yoga Dance Fusion w/ Moreno and

T-Tapp Basic Plus

Tues - Nothing

Wed - T-Tapp Basic Plus

Thurs - T-Tapp Basic Plus

Friday - Yoga Beauty Body

Today I'll do T-Tapp Basic Plus and then tomorrow I'll

start up my last 4 weeks of P90X. I admit I really am

not motivated to finish P90X, but I'm going to do it -

I'm sure once I get back into my routine it'll work

out fine. I just want to say I did it - although,

honestly, I really haven't seen any amazing results

from this program (probably due to not exactly eating

right, especially this last week!) I am actually much

more in the mood for gentler mind/body workouts than

hard core stuff like P90X.

Tomorrow I think the dreaded Chest & Back routine is

up. I think I'm just going to do half of it (an hour

of push ups and pull ups just doesn't appeal to me!)

and then I'll do just the legs part of Legs & Back.

I'll also warm-up with T-Tapp,and if I can, squeeze in

an extra 15 min of cardio - although that is likely

going to be working out for an hour and a half which

is a bit long!

I am really happy the holidays are over - DH is taking

down the decorations and I'm happy to get back to

normal life and such. This year I really didn't enjoy

the holidays - I just felt like it was one big extra

chore.

I'm going to find something healthy to cook up in my

crockpot so I can have healthy lunches all this coming

week.

Tonight if DH goes to bed early I'm going to try Dance

of the Chakras (if not, I think I'll do it tomorrow

night as he has to go to bed early tomorrow night

since he has to get up at 3:30 a.m. on Monday!)
