MVA headache, approximately 2 months post-injury; fuzzy edges of vision, photophobia, throbbing pain at base of skull and forehead area constant 7/10. 4-5 chiropractic treatments without any substantive change, MRI of c-spine minimal disc bulge C5-6 and 6-7, waiting for craniocervical MRI results; neuro referral 7-27-12 soonest available. Anyone have a specific neurologist or other provider recommendation that I can send this patient to for further evaluation and medical management.

Or what about a chiropractor skilled in ART and /or TPt work on c-spine and TMJ.  Many intense headaches have there source in TMJ. ; I just treated an elderly women with much the same symptoms described who responded beautifully to  quality TPt work.  I t took 8-10 treatments to do the trick though.
