Guest guest
Ramp It Up is too easy for you? Hmm, I don't think it will be too easy for me, but I'll let you know week after next. One thing I remember is by the end of 4th week of Sn6 BIU was hard V Yay, happy to hear you might be doing them with Jen, Vennitta and I? Don't knock vhs! They take up more space, but the price difference is such sometimes that it's worth it! Most of my Cathe's are vhs for that reason Also, Start It Up on vhs is twice as long as the dvd version, so the vhs one is actually better! You, however, can start with Burn It Up, which is what I did. The donkey kicks and stuff at the end are HARD, but other than that Start it Up and Ramp It Up were too slow and easy for me. Burn it Up wasn't that much harder, to be honest, but a good one to start with, for sure! I did it twice before moving on. I'm liking the the more advanced ones in the Slim Series quite a bit; so far I've only done 2 of them. Both abs ones are great, esp. slim & six pack! Both stretch ones are great too! -- Get Fit!
