Kind of like the one step AA programs ;-) Its the bottom line of being able to admit you have a problem before you can solve it. Realizing you are only human and can possibly make mistakes without demeaning yourself is a wise choice and makes you grow as a person instead of stopping it in its tracks. It took me YEARS to get over it and move on to a healthier life. > I have friends in my age group (and younger) who think that > eating crap is the norm. Isnt it amazing the limited learning curve of health and nutrition that some people have? I am constantly amazed. Everyone should work to constantly increase their knowledge because thats where the power to change comes from. joni ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Think evolution, not revolution*
