Hi Margaret

Our LEA (Buckinghamshire) gave me a P scales book " Buckinghamshire

Developmental Curriculum Record " when Joe became of school age so that

I could keep my own records in it. It is about 40 pages long. I have

filled some of it in but could try to photocopy it for you if you cant

get hold of a copy of your own, please email me with your address if

this would be helpful
