I went shopping Saturday morning, looking for little gifts the tooth fairy and other fairies can leave the kids and of course, looking for little gifts for me too, and at the dollar store I found on VHS (which is fine for me) and for $1 each: Baron Baptiste Journey Into Power: Power Vinyasa Yoga Level 2 for beginners and all levels (I have Level 1 so I was really excited to see this) and Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga for beginners and all levels Live: Unlocking Athletic Power! I have no idea what this one is like but I figured Baron Baptiste for $1, that's a no brainer! The first tape says on the tape "Conditioning: Body Sculpting and Mind Training" and the Live! tape says "Sweat, Serenity & Sport!" on it. Haven't looked at them yet but want to soon.
