Update on Nutrient Testing

This week I got the results back from the NUTRITION TESTING I did through

glutenfreeworks.com and Spectra Cell. The results were VERY informative.

I found out I have pretty severe deficiencies in Chromium (which is related to

diabetes) Selenium, Lipoic Acid, Vitamin A, and a couple others.

I was SO happy to finally find out what's been going on. Even though going

Gluten-Free has helped a TON, I've still been experiencing a lot of symptoms for

the past few years. I'm surprised my doctor never gave me a test like this.

Thank goodness for GlutenFreeWorks!! They are a life saver.

I have been reading up on Chromium deficiency a lot this week, because I had

never heard of it before now, and was very surprised to see that I have a lot of

the symptoms of pre-diabetes, even though I work out, eat pretty well, and am in

very good shape. I am so happy because I know adding chromium supplements for a

few months, as well as the others are going to really help me to feel my best

again!!

If anyone would like some info on this test here it is: http://bit.ly/q1pl67

I would HIGHLY recommend having this done. Spectra Cell uses very advanced

technology to test your WHITE BLOOD CELLS, which gives you a better overall

picture of your health than a regular nutrient test. I have been able to feel a

difference in just a few days! You can't put a price on good health... it's

worth EVERYTHING!! I'll keep you posted on my progress as I correct these

deficiencies :)

Hope you all have a very healthy and HAPPY week :) ~Christie
