Hi All

I contacted the hospital to get transport to and from the hospital so that i could attend the appointment for my angiogram, and I mentioned that I was struggling to find someone to be with me after the angiogram so in case I cannot get anyone to be with me during the first 24 hours so they have asked the bed manager for a bed and the bed manager agreed to the request, they also told me to contact the redcross so they can send someone in everyday for 1 week after the angiogram and they passed my name to the salvation army to recieve two gift hampers one for christmas and one for the new year, i thought that was so sweet. i had hampers from the salvation army 2 years ago its something the localp branch does for sick and disabled, its nice because my late great aunt was a member of the salvation army. i have never had help from my ward so i don't want them to let me down at the last minute and not get the help after my treatment.

just thought I would let you know what was happening thanks to a call to the hospital

Oh I am so very glad, Mandy!!

You’ll be able to get the needed medical treatment AND some needed ‘other’ help!

best to you during the procedure, too!!
